How to transfer graphs from graphing calculators to your computer?

I'd like to know how i can transfer graphs on my TI-89 titanium to my computer. when i bought it, the calculator came with 2 cables i think? and i installed the software. but if it's possible to take graphs from my calculator and transfer them to my computer I'd like to know how. thanks!

1. TI calculators have the ability to store the graph screen. Specific instructions here: http://www.prenhall.com/divisions/esm/app/graphing/ti89/graphing/working_with_graphs/F1/F1_tools.html It saves the image, and you can access it with the Graph-Link software that came with your calculator. Don't forget to plug in your calculator and stuff, of course.
